UNIT4 has extensive experience of quality management systems, with ISO 9001 Tick IT established across the organisation. As a company it is committed to continuous improvement and to providing its customers with products and services which are enriched with Quality at the core of their design. Its internal systems have been developed to provide the tools it requires to ensure maximum efficiency and control over the numerous and complex processes involved its activities.

Environmental Management
UNIT4 is committed to the care of the environment and the prevention of pollution both now and in the future. As such, the company continually seeks to ensure that its business activities, as far as possible, do not have a detrimental effect on the environment and are carried out in conformance with the relevant environmental legislation. It seeks to minimise waste, promote recycling, reduce energy consumption, encourage "green travel" and where possible to work with suppliers who themselves have sound environmental policies. It has identified its significant environmental aspects as being Energy, Waste and Travel and is committed to improving its environmental performance in these areas.

UNIT4 have also successfully completed a CAESER Sustainability Assurance Assessment with a rating of 76%. CAESER (Corporate Assessment of Environmental, Social and Economic Responsibility) is an inclusive programme of supplier engagement in environmental, social and economic issues. The assessment examines the core business areas of the organisation’s operations assessed against the wider context of Corporate Social Responsibility and the Government sustainability agenda.

UNIT4 is committed to ensuring its ability to plan for and respond to incidents and business disruptions in order to continue business operations at an acceptable predefined level. It has identified threats the organisation and the potential impacts those threats may cause its operations. It has developed effective responses to potential incidents and disruptions which cannot be entirely eliminated, safeguarding the interest of its stakeholders, reputation, brand and value-creating activities.
