Our CODA financial management suite offers CODA Procurement* - an end-to-end, completely integrated solution for an organisation’s procure-to-pay process, delivering control, speed, responsiveness and cost savings.

Employees can quickly and easily process electronic requests for capital or expense items. These requests can then be routed automatically for the appropriate approvals and budget checking.

Once the requisition is approved, the actual purchase can be handled in a number of different ways. The employee processing the order can call up electronic catalogues from approved suppliers and order directly from them. There are also online marts and auction sites to which the employee can go, or a simple in-house catalogue can be used.

An authorised order can automatically update commitments.

Once the purchase has been made, the receipt of the goods can be handled electronically, with automated matching of the goods received note, purchase order and invoice.
