The paperless office may still seem a remote prospect but CODA ImagePost - our electronic invoice input facility - offers a way to dramatically reduce the need for finance teams to work with hard-copy originals.
Part of the CODA financial management suite, this is a highly efficient input facility for automatically entering purchase invoices into CODA Financials, from hard copies that you have scanned.
ImagePost uses a pair of electronic files for each hard-copy document: a text file and an image file. The software uses the text file as its source of the data needed to create an entry in the accounts. It uses the image file to store, share and display a secure online copy of the original document.
It can process invoices either individually or in batches and has built-in intelligence to “learn” the format of each supplier’s invoices.
