CODA Workflow – Browse Workflow

When an item requires their attention, the relevant user(s) are alerted via email or SMS and provided a link to a dedicated web-browser window, where they can complete any actions required.

The Workflow browser enables users to view and action relevant items in the workflow and includes the following functions:

• Browse Work List – enable users to:
  • see multiple views on one screen using panel expand and collapse
  • access a Worklist from which the user can view and action work items
  • drill down to detail in work items (e.g. the document within the originating application)
  • action multiple work items in one go
  • attach files to the workflow instance
• Browse Workflow Instances – provides the ability to view all workflow instances and control their flow, change their priority, and attach files to the workflow instance.
• Browse Work Items – allows users to view open work items and forward to alternative users if required.
• Workflow History Viewer – shows events that have occurred in the workflow and who carried them out.
